Homemade Breakfast Sausage
Skip the store-bought sausage! With just three ingredients and 15 minutes, you can make homemade sausage without the messy hand mixing.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) ground pork or turkey
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Savory Maple Spice Blend
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) oil
Directions
- Add the meat and seasoning to the Deluxe Stand Mixer with the scraping beater attached. MIX for 1 minute. Form the mixture into about 7–8 small patties.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until well browned and cooked through.
