Skip the store-bought sausage! With just three ingredients and 15 minutes, you can make homemade sausage without the messy hand mixing.



  1. Add the meat and seasoning to the Deluxe Stand Mixer with the scraping beater attached. MIX for 1 minute. Form the mixture into about 7–8 small patties.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until well browned and cooked through.
