Small Batch Classic Brownies
Classic brownies with crispy edges and a fudgy center are always a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
- Oil for greasing
- ½ cup (125 mL) butter, melted
- 1 cup (250 mL) sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla
- ¾ cup (175 mL) flour
- ¼ cup (60 mL) cocoa powder
- ½ tsp (2 mL) salt
Directions
- Set the Deluxe Air Fryer & Oven to BAKE for 30 minutes and lightly grease the Small Oven Brownie Pan with oil.
- Add the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla to the bowl of the Deluxe Stand Mixer. Set to MIX for 45 seconds.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Set to MIX for 45 seconds.
- Pour the batter into the wells of the prepared pan and spready evenly. Add the brownies to the oven when prompted; press start. Check the brownies in the last 5 minutes of cooking and bake until a toothpick inserted in the centers of each well comes out clean.
- Remove the brownies from the pan and let cool on a cooling rack for 10-20 minutes before serving.

Cook's Tips:
Top brownies with a Whipped Ganache Frosting: Place 5 oz. (150 g) white chocolate and 1 cup (250 mL) heavy cream in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, stirring every minute, or until the white chocolate is melted and fully incorporated into the cream. Chill the mixture for at least 2 hours. Transfer the ganache to the bowl of the Deluxe Stand Mixer with 1 tsp (5 mL) Mint-Chocolate Flavoring and WHIP for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Spread the frosting on the brownies after cooling.
