The sturdy heavy-gauge aluminized steel provides durability and helps bake whatever's cooking evenly, and the PTFE-free nonstick finish helps ensure easy release and effortless cleanup. The rim is reinforced with wire to provide extra stability and prevent warping. The smaller size makes it easy to store.

Ways to Use
- To make six brownies, use half of a standard brownie recipe. After filling the wells with batter, tap the pan several times on countertop to even out the batter. If you’d like to make the other half of the brownie recipe, let the pan cool before adding the batter.
- Use it to make just about anything you’d like in an individual size like tasty appetizers, cakes and desserts, and even entrées.

- To prevent burns, DO NOT use your fingers to remove food from the pan(s).
- Always use caution when handling the hot pan(s). Use heat-resistant oven mitts or pads when handling and place the hot pan(s) on flat, level surfaces.
SAFEGUARDS
- Read all Use and Care instructions for the oven, toaster oven, air fryer, etc. being used prior to use with the bakeware.
- Use both hands when handling the pan(s).
- DO NOT use metal utensils in the pan(s).
- DO NOT use the pan(s) on glass or ceramic cooktops, electric coil ranges, gas burner ranges, induction (magnetic) ranges, or outdoor grills (if applicable). They are NOT microwave- or standard oven broiler-safe.
- The use of abrasive cleansers such as steel wool, cleansers with bleach, or oven-cleaning solutions can damage the pan(s) and will void the guarantee.
- Foods such as turmeric, mustard, and acidic foods like tomato sauce may cause discoloration to the surface of the pan(s). As needed, line the bottom and sides of the pan(s) with parchment paper before baking; cut to fit the pan(s) so the paper does not extend over the top. Refer to parchment paper directions for more details.
CLEANING
- Wash before using the first time; hand wash only.
- Let pan(s) cool to room temperature before cleaning.
- Do not soak. Make sure to dry completely after washing to prevent rust. Ensure pan(s) is completely dry before storing.
- Pan(s) will naturally darken with use; this won’t affect performance.
- Only use a soft sponge, cloth, or kitchen brush to clean the pan(s).
USE AND CARE
- Safe in conventional and convection ovens. We don’t recommend using in ovens over 450°F (230°C).
- Higher temperatures may cause flexing. Once the pan(s) cools, it will return to its normal shape. Don’t use with extreme temperatures; it will cause warping.
- When using the pan(s) for baked goods, reduce the suggested temperature in recipes by 25°F (4°C). Darker pans require slightly lower temperature.
- Aerosol nonstick spray is not recommended; it will create a sticky residue which is difficult to clean.
- Always follow the recipe temperature, baking times, and greasing or flouring instructions.
- It is normal to see some scratching after use. To minimize, DO NOT slide the pan across surfaces.
- Refrigerator- and freezer-safe.
