This easy pork chop sheet meal is so easy but tastes like you spent all day making it.

  • 4 oz. (125 mL) cream cheese
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp (1 mL) salt
  • ⅔ cup (150 mL) panko breadcrumbs
    Pork & Vegetables
  • 12 oz. (350 g) green beans, about 4 cups/1 L
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) oil
  • 1¼ tsp (6 mL) salt, divided
  • ¼ tsp (1 mL) onion powder
  • 4   boneless pork loin chops, ¾"/2 cm thick (about 1 lb/450 g total)
  • ½ tsp (2 mL) pepper
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) ketchup
  • ½ cup (125 mL) seedless raspberry jam

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Combine the cream cheese, Italian seasoning and salt in a medium bowl. Add the breadcrumbs and stir until evenly mixed.
  3. Combine the green beans with the oil, ¼ tsp (1 mL) of salt, and onion powder in the center of the Stone Bar Pan.
  4. Season the pork chops on both sides with the remaining salt and pepper. Place pork onto the pan around the green beans. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, add the ketchup and jam to a small microwave-safe safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds, or until bubbly. Whisk until smooth then set aside.
  6. Remove the pan from the oven and stir the green beans. Divide the crust topping evenly over the pork chops. Return to oven and bake another 8-10 minutes or until the pork reaches 150-155°F (65-68°C) for medium and the crust topping has browned.
  7. Remove from oven. Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve the pork and green beans with a drizzle of the sauce.

Cook's Tips:

If you use a metal pan, it may take a few minutes less to cook your pork.

Not a fan of pork? You can swap out chicken breasts or thighs. Follow the same directions and cook until the temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

The sauce is a great quick substitute for a sweet and tangy sauce. Try dipping your chicken nuggets into it or just using it to add extra flavor to store bought rotisserie chicken.
