Ingredients

    Pizza Dough
  •  Oil for greasing
  •  Cornmeal for dusting
  • 1½ cups (375 mL) flour, plus additional as needed
  • 1½ tsp (7 mL) baking powder
  • ½ tsp (2 mL) salt
  • ¼ tsp (1 mL) baking soda
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Greek yogurt
    Sauce
  • ½ cup (125 mL) Greek yogurt
  • 1 oz. (30 g) Parmesan cheese, finely grated (½ cups/125 mL)
  • ½ tsp (2 mL) Italian Seasoning
    Toppings
  • ½ cup (125 mL) spinach, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) roasted red pepper strips, drained
  • 4 oz. (125 g) mozzarella cheese, coarsely grated (1 cup/250 mL)

Directions

  1. Grease the Sheet Pan with oil and sprinkle with cornmeal.
  2. Combine the pizza dough ingredients in a large bowl. (The mixture will look dry.) Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 4 minutes. Sprinkle with additional flour as needed to prevent sticking.
  3. Roll the dough into a 12" (30-cm) circle, adding flour as needed, and transfer to the prepared Sheet Pan.
  4. Set the Deluxe Air Fryer & Oven to PIZZA. Adjust the time to 15 minutes.
  5. Mix the sauce ingredients together and spread it on top of the pizza dough.
  6. Top the pizza with the spinach and red peppers. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the toppings.
  7. When the display says, “Add Food,” place the Sheet Pan in the oven (on the Wire Rack) and press START.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven and transfer to a cutting board. Cut the pizza into 8 wedges and serve.
