Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries
These crispy fries are rich in Vitamin A and are the perfect accompaniment to tangy main dishes like barbecue.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. (500 g) (1-2, depending on size) sweet potatoes, skin on
- 1 tbsp (5 mL) vegetable oil
- ½ tsp (2 mL) salt, divided
Directions
- Slice the sweet potatoes lengthwise into ¼-inch thick fries.
- In a medium bowl, toss the fries with oil and ¼ tsp (1 mL) of the salt.
- Set the Deluxe Air Fryer & Oven to Heat & Crisp. Adjust the temperature to 375°F (190°C) with high fan and set the time to 18 minutes.
- Place the potatoes in a single layer on an Air Fryer Rack. When the display says, “Add Food,” place the rack in the oven. Press start. Rotate the pan halfway through cooking.
- Sprinkle with the remaining salt.

To make this recipe in the Deluxe Air Fryer: Place the potatoes in a single layer on the trays of the Deluxe Air Fryer. Cook on ROAST for 20 minutes, or until slightly browned, rotating the trays halfway through.
