One-Pan Dumpling Bake
Skip the extra prep and let frozen dumplings do the work in this flavorful one-pan dinner with only five ingredients.
Ingredients
- 5 oz. (150 g) fresh spinach
- 1 bag (24 oz./680 g) frozen dumplings or pot stickers (see cook’s tip)
- 2 cans (13.5 oz./399 mL each) unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 pkg Thai-Style Coconut Soup Mix
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) soy sauce
- Optional Toppings: Chopped cilantro, peanuts, green onions, or Crunchy Garlic Crisp Seasoning Mix
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Add the spinach in an even layer to the Fully Glazed Stone Rectangular Baker.
- Add the dumplings on top of the spinach.
- Whisk together the coconut milk, soup mix, and soy sauce in a large bowl. Pour it over the dumplings.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until bubbling.
- Remove the pan from the oven. Garnish with optional toppings, if you’d like.
