The Mini-Tart Shaper helps to quickly and easily create a modern take on the classic pinch technique. Once you arrange your dough in a pie plate, fold the crust under until the top is resting on the rim of the pan. Hold the Mini-Tart Shaper against the inside edge and “pinch” the dough around it. Do this around the entire rim.
