Pumpkin Spice Soft Serve
Cool, creamy, and filled with warm pumpkin spice flavor, this homemade treat tastes like fall in every bite.
Ingredients
- Blondie Bowls
- Oil for greasing
- 1 pkg Brown Butter Blondie Mix
- 1 cup (250 mL) butter, melted or browned (2 sticks) (see cook’s tip)
- 3 eggs
- Soft Serve
- 2 cups (500 mL) whole milk
- ½ cup (125 mL) pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- ¼ cup (60 mL) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) sugar
- ⅔ cup (150 mL) heavy cream
- ½ tsp (1 mL) Double-Strength Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Cinnamon Plus™ Spice Blend
- Optional Toppings
- Caramel ice cream topping
- Crushed gingersnaps
- Chopped apple
- Whipped cream
- Granola
Directions
- Brush the Brownie Bowl Pan with oil. Combine the mix, butter, and eggs in the bowl of the Deluxe Stand Mixer. Set to MIX.
- Divide the batter evenly into the wells. (You’ll have enough batter to fill the wells again. See cook’s tip). Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–20 minutes.
- Combine the soft serve ingredients in a large bowl with a pour spout. Whisk for 2–3 minutes, or until the sugar has completely dissolved. Press the Power Button to turn on the FreezyFun Ultimate Frozen Drink & Soft-Serve Maker, select the soft serve setting, press start, and pour the mixture into the tank.
- Remove the pan from the oven and let the blondies cool completely in the pan.
- Let the mixture churn until the machine reads, “End,” about 45 minutes.
- Serve the soft serve in the blondie bowls with toppings, if you’d like.

Cook's Tips:
To make browned butter, melt it in a saucepan over medium heat. Watch closely as it foams, then settles. Once golden-brown specks form on the bottom, remove from the heat and pour into a bowl to stop the cooking.
You can bake and freeze remaining brownie bowls. Place in a freezer-safe container and freeze up to 3 months.
You can make the blondie bowls ahead of time, then warm them up in the air fryer or microwave.
