Easy Gravy

This simple, three-ingredient gravy will be your go-to for chicken and turkey dinners—especially during the busy holiday season!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (125 mL) butter (1 stick)
  • ½ cup (125 mL) flour
  • 4 cups (1 L) chicken or turkey stock

Directions

  1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Add the flour; stir until combined.
  3. Add the stock and bring to a boil for 3–4 minutes.

  • 4½ (1.06 L)
