- 6 pitas
- 2 tsp (10 mL) oil
- 6 romaine lettuce leaves
- ½ seedless cucumber, finely chopped (about 1 cup/250 mL)
- ¼ cup (60 mL) red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 small plum tomatoes, cut into chunks

- 2 tbsp (30 mL) Green Goddess Seasoning Mix

- 1½ tbsp (22 mL) white wine vinegar
Directions
- Combine the yogurt and seasoning in a medium bowl and whisk to incorporate. Add the chicken and use tongs to coat. Set aside.

- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pitas on a baking sheet.

Cook's Tips:
Simple Salad: To make this a salad, omit the pita and serve on top of chopped romaine lettuce.
Sandwich Style: Instead of a pita, you can serve this on your favorite sandwich bread. Just slice the tomatoes and cucumber and serve it as-is, or toast it for a few minutes in an air fryer!
