Turkey Sliders
Light and full of flavor – these sliders are the perfect addition to your gameday spread
Ingredients

Directions
- Mix together 1 lb. (450 g) of ground turkey, 2 tbsp (30 mL) cilantro, 1 tbsp (15 mL) of your favorite seasoning mix, and 1 tbsp (15 mL) mayonnaise in a large bowl until combined. Form the meat mixture into 8 slider-sized patties. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the burgers until browned on both sides, about 4–5 minutes per side, or until they reach 165°F (74°C). During the last 2–3 minutes of cooking, place ½ a slice of pepper jack cheese on each burger. Remove the sliders from the pan.
- Mash 1 avocado with 1½ tbsp (22 mL) of your favorite seasoning mix and some chopped pickled jalapeños. Serve burgers on toasted buns topped with guacamole and pico de gallo, if you’d like.
