Ingredients

  • 1   soft loaf French bread (12 oz.–1 lb./350–450 g)
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter, melted
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) Garlic Parmesan Seasoning
  • 1 cup (250 mL) pizza sauce
  • 1 cup (250 mL) grated mozzarella cheese
  •  Optional: ¼ cup (60 mL) mini pepperoni or your favorite pizza toppings

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the bread into 1" (2.5-cm) slices (you’ll get about 16 pieces). Place them evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Combine the melted butter and seasoning in a small bowl. Brush the bread with the butter mixture.
  4. Top each piece of bread with 1 tbsp (15 mL) of sauce and spread it to the edges.
  5. Sprinkle cheese over each piece of bread and add pepperoni or any other toppings you’d like
  6. Bake the mini pizzas for 10–12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and begins to brown.
