Whipped Cream
The perfect fluffy whipped cream (plus a chocolate version) made in only a few minutes.
Ingredients
- Vanilla
- 2 cups (500 mL) heavy cream (TIP use cold cream straight from the refrigerator)
- ¼ cup (60 mL) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
- Chocolate
- 2 cups (500 mL) heavy cream
- 6 tbsp (90 mL) powdered sugar
- ¼ cup (60 mL) cocoa powder
- 2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla extract
Directions
- Add the ingredients to the bowl of the Deluxe Stand Mixer.
- Set to WHIP for 3:30 minutes, or until stiff peaks form.
