Just melt your favorite chocolate, sprinkle in your favorite festive add-ins, and let it cool into a crunchy, chocolatey bark that’s perfect for gifting—or snacking!

Ingredients

 Cranberrry PistachioVanilla Cinnamon PecanPeanut Butter ToffeeCrème De Menthe
Chocolate Base

1 package (12 oz/350 g) white chocolate morsels 

½ tbsp (2 mL) vegetable oil
 ½ package (6 oz/175 g) white
chocolate morsels
½ package (5 oz/150 g)
cinnamon morsels
½ tbsp (7 mL)  vegetable oil
1 package (10 oz/300 g) peanut
butter morsels
½ tbsp (7 mL) vegetable oil
 1 package (12 oz/350 g) white
chocolate morsels
½ tbsp (7 mL) vegetable oil
Add-In's
½ cup (125 mL) dried cranberries
½ cup (125 ml) coarsely chopped
shelled pistachios
 ½ cup (125 mL) coarsely crushed
vanilla wafers
½ cup (125 mL) coarsely
chopped pecans
½ cup (125 mL) salted
cocktail peanuts
½ cup (125 mL) toffee bits
1 cup (250 mL) crème de menthe
baking chips

 

Directions

  1. Combine the morsels and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 1–1½ minutes. Stir every 30 seconds, or until mostly melted and smooth.
  3. Combine the add-ins in a small bowl. Add half of the combined add-ins to the melted morsels. Stir until incorporated.
  4. Pour chocolate mixture onto a Medium Sheet Pan lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread evenly, top with the remaining add-ins, and press them lightly into the melted morsels.
  6. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes, or until set. Break into pieces to serve. Store in an airtight container.
