Almond Latte Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) old-fashioned or quick oats
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) slivered almonds
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) brewed coffee, cooled or cold brew
  • Optional: slivered almonds, granola, yogurt, chocolate shavings canned or fresh fruit for topping

Directions

  1. Place oats, almonds, seeds, and brown sugar in a 2-Cup Prep Bowl and stir to combine.

  2. Carefully add the almond milk and coffee and stir to blend.

  3. Top with lid and place in the refrigerator to let stand overnight.

  4. Serve the overnight oats with any combination of toppings you like.
