Open-Faced Mini Sandwiches
Thin sliced bread cut into circles sets the stage for these delectably cute sandwiches!
Ingredients
- Thinly sliced bread
- 1/2 tbsp (7 mL) cream cheese or mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp (2 mL) All-Purpose Dill Mix

| Garden Fresh | shredded carrots & small avocado slices |
| Cobb | blanched asparagus tips & hopped hard-cooked egg |
| Traditional Turkey | thinly sliced smoked turkey & watercress |
| Buffalo Style | shredded chicken breast, small celery slices & blue cheese crumbles |
Directions
Cut bread slices with 2 1/2-in. (6 cm) Biscuit Cutter or the buttom of a glass or a similar size cookie cutter. Spread on a mix of either cream cheese OR mayonnaise and All-Purpose Dill Mix, then add one of these yummy topping combinations, or try them all!
