Tater Tot Dill Pickle Potato Salad
Crispy, golden tater tots replace regular potatoes in this creamy, tangy Dill Pickle Potato Salad — packed with crunchy pickle flavor and irresistible texture. A bold, delicious twist perfect for picnics, cookouts, and cravings alike!
Ingredients
- ½ pkg (14 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) Greek yogurt
- 3 dill pickle spears, chopped, about ½ cup (125 mL)
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tsp (5 mL) All-Purpose Dill Mix
- ¼ tsp (1 mL) salt
- ¼ tsp (1 mL) black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the Deluxe Air Fryer & Oven to AIR FRY for 20 minutes. Place the tater tots on the Small Oven Square Pizza Stone and place in the oven when it says ADD FOOD. Press START.
- Meanwhile, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, pickles, onion, seasoning mix, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; set aside.
- When time is up on the oven, remove the pan and carefully use a meat tenderizer to smash the tots to make them thinner.
- Preheat the oven again to AIR FRY for 7 minutes. When the oven is preheated, place the pan back in the oven and press START.
- When the tots are finished, toss them in the dressing. Serve the salad immediately.
