Healthy Caesar Dressing
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup (150 mL) plain fat-free yogurt
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp (22 mL) red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp (22 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp (10 mL) anchovy paste
- 2 tsp (10 mL) Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil or canola oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients in Measure, Mix & Pour®. Mix until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Yield:
- About 1 cup/250 mL servings of 8 servings of 2 tbsp/30 mL
