Healthy Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) low-fat buttermilk
  • 2/3 cup (150 mL) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2   garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp (.5 mL) eachsalt and black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in Measure, Mix & Pour®. Mix until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.  

Yield:

  • About 1 cup/250 mL  servings of 8 servings of 2 tbsp/30 mL
