Healthy Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) low-fat buttermilk
- 2/3 cup (150 mL) plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/8 tsp (.5 mL) eachsalt and black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in Measure, Mix & Pour®. Mix until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Yield:
- About 1 cup/250 mL servings of 8 servings of 2 tbsp/30 mL
