Prepare grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat (400-450°F/200-230°C).
Spray Meatball & Slider Grill Basket with nonstick cooking spray.
In large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bacon, cheese and 2 Tbsp/30 mL barbecue sauce; mix gently until thoroughly combined. Divide meat mixture into 6 portions.
Sprinkle bottom of Burger & Slider Press with 1 tbsp/15 mL French fried onions and one portion of meat; press into patties. Repeat with remaining fried onions and meat. Place inside slider wells of Basket.
Place basket on grid of grill and grill, covered, for 3-4 minutes, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 140°F/60°C for medium.
To serve, top buns with sliders, barbecue sauce, remaining French fried onions and pickles.
