Small treats are the perfect delight!
Prepare a white cake mix according to the package and tint with food coloring. Bake at 350°F (180°C) in a parchment paper-lined Large Sheet Pan for 18 – 22 minutes. Remove from oven; let stand 15 minutes. Remove cake to Stackable Cooling Rack to cool completely.
Transfer to cutting board. Cut 21 cake circles with the 2½"(6 cm) Biscuit Cutter. Arrange 7 mini cakes on a platter; then layer cake circles and pipe frosting as pictured. Top with Sugared Rose Petals or sprinkles.
