Homemade Brownie Bowls
Rich, fudgy brownie bowls are a fun, customizable dessert, perfect for filling with soft serve, ice cream, whipped cream, berries, or your favorite sweet treats.
Ingredients
- Oil for greasing
- ½ cup (125 mL) butter, melted
- 1 cup (250 mL) sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
- ¾ cup (175 mL) flour
- ¼ cup (60 mL) cocoa powder
- ½ tsp (2 mL) salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F (175°C) and lightly grease the wells of the Brownie Bowl Pan with oil.
- Add the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla to the bowl of the Deluxe Stand Mixer. Set to MIX for 45 seconds.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Set to MIX for 45 seconds.
- Scoop the batter into the prepared pan, dividing the batter evenly between each well. Spread to the edges, if needed. Bake for 17-20 minutes, or until brownies are dull in appearance and set. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
