The key to these adorable Parfait Cups is the sweet edible shell.
- 6 (6 in./15 cm) tortillas
- canola oil for spritzing
- cinnamon sugar
- yogurt or cool whip
- assorted fresh fruit such as raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
Use the Kitchen Spritzer to spray one side of tortillas with canola oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, cut in half and press, sugar side up, into Muffin Pan wells, using the Mini-Tart Shaper to form a cup shape. Bake at 375°F (190°C) 8 – 10 minutes or until tortillas are crisp and edges are golden brown. Let cool before filling with yogurt, fruit and granola.
