Super-Quick Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Italian bread (10-12 oz/ 300-350 g)
  • 2   garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Italian Seasoning Mix
  • ¼ tsp (1 mL) salt
  • ½ cup (125 mL) butter or margarine, softened

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the bread in half lengthwise.
  2. Peel and chop the garlic with the Garlic Prep Tool. Add the garlic, seasoning, and salt to the butter; mix well.
  3. Spread the butter mixture on both sides of bread slices.
  4. Slice into 2” (5 cm) thick slices. Place them on a sheet pan.
  5. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until bread is crisp around edges. Serve hot.

Cook's Tips:

To make the garlic bread in the Deluxe Air Fryer, BAKE on the top and bottom racks for 6-8 minutes.
