White Bean Hummus
This simple, creamy hummus is made with white beans with added flavor from lemon and garlic.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz. or 398 mL) reduced-sodium cannellini (white kidney) beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) olive oil
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1 garlic clove
- ⅛ tsp (0.5 mL) salt
Directions
- Add all the ingredients in the order listed to the Electric Twist & Chop. Press START. Blend until all the oil is incorporated and the hummus is smooth.
- Transfer the hummus to a bowl and serve with pita chips or crackers, or use as a spread for wraps and sandwiches.

Cook's Tips:
