Petit Fours

These cute confections look like they came from the priciest bakery in town, but they’re easy to make at home!

Ingredients

  •  Store-bought pound cake, defrosted
  •  Raspberry jam
  •  canned cream cheese frosting

Directions

  1. Make sandwiches with ½" (1 cm) slices of pound cake and raspberry jam then cut out shapes with the Fruit & Cheese Cutter. Place on a Stackable Cooling Rack with parchment paper underneath then pour microwaved cream cheese frosting over to coat. Make sure the frosting is melted completely before pouring.
