Preheat broiler on HIGH. Slice grapefruit in half using Grapefruit Knife. Separate segments from membrane using tip of Grapefruit Knife. Place grapefruit halves cut side up onto shallow, broiler-safe pan.
Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl until crumbly using pastry blender or two forks. Sprinkle over grapefruit halves.
Place pan as close as possible to heating element; broil 3-5 minutes or until sugar mixture is light golden brown and bubbly. Serve immediately.
