Coconut-Mango Green Tea Quick Oatmeal
Ingredients
- ¾ cup (175 mL) water
- 1 green tea bag
- ½ cup (125 mL) quick-cooking or old fashioned oats
- 1 piece dried mango (approx. 1" x 3"/2.5 cm x 7.5 cm), chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) flax seeds
Directions
In a 2-cup (500-mL) Silicone Prep Bowl, microwave the water with the tea bag on HIGH for 1½–2 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients to the Make & Take Snack Jar; add the tea and stir to mix.
Place the lid loosely on the jar and let it stand for 3 minutes.
Stir before serving.
