Quick Lemon Cakes

1. Combine ½ cup (125 mL) powdered sugar, 1 tbsp (15 mL) milk, and ½ tbsp (7 mL) Gourmet Limoncello Syrup.
2. Combine the ingredients for a white cake batter and add them to a Mini Fluted Cake Pan brushed with oil.
3. Bake for 20–25 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Top with lemon glaze.

French 27 Cocktail

1. Combine ½ oz. (7 mL) lemon juice, 1 oz. (15 mL) Gourmet Limoncello Syrup, and 1½ oz. (45 mL) gin. Shake with ice and strain into a champagne flute.
2. Top with 2 oz. (30 mL) champagne or sparkling wine. Serve with a lemon twist.

Café Romano

1. Add 1 tbsp (15 mL) Gourmet Limoncello Syrup to 4 oz. (60 mL) brewed espresso or coffee.

Salad Dressing

1. Whisk together 3 tbsp (45 mL) Gourmet Limoncello Syrup, 1 tbsp (15 mL) Dijon mustard, ¼ cup (60 mL) white wine vinegar, and ½ cup (125 mL) olive oil in a bowl.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Use as a salad dressing or a marinade for meat or veggies.

Lemon Drop

1. Combine 2 oz. (30 mL) vodka, ¾ oz. (20 mL) triple sec, ¾ oz. (20 mL) Gourmet Limoncello Syrup, and ½ oz. (15 mL) lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a martini glass and enjoy!
