WARNING
- • The hot stone can cause burns if handled improperly; always use heat-resistant oven mitts or pads when handling the hot stone or placing on surfaces.
- • The stone can break if bumped or dropped. If this occurs, use caution as broken pieces can be sharp and cause injury. DO NOT use if the stone is chipped or damaged.
- • The stone should not touch the sides of the oven or the oven door when closed.
- • Use with only 100% cotton fabrics.
- • Let the stone cool completely before washing.
- • DO NOT place the basket on or near a heat source.
- • Always use the basket with a trivet.
SAFEGUARDS
- • Always place the stone on hot pads or trivets to avoid damage to countertops and tables.
- • Avoid extreme temperature changes to the stone.
- • The stone and basket may scratch surfaces. To prevent this, place a protective barrier between the stone and the surface. DO NOT drag the basket across surfaces.
- • The stone and basket will discolor with use, which is considered normal. To reduce discoloration, place a layer of parchment paper before adding food.

- To use:
1. Place the stone in an oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. - 2. Place a fully opened 100% cotton kitchen towel in the basket with the ends hanging over the edges of the basket.
- 3. Place the warmed stone on top of the kitchen towel.
- 4. Place warmed food on top of the stone. Then, fold the ends of the kitchen towel over the food to fully cover it.
