Cold Brew Pitcher
Cold Brew Perfection Made Possible
Treat yourself to a delicious cup of cold brew, hot tea, iced tea, or infused water without having to take an expensive trip to a coffee shop. With the Cold Brew Pitcher, you can brew, serve, and store your chosen beverage whenever you want at home.
As your cold brew, iced tea, or infused water steeps, the stainless steel filter will prevent the grounds from getting into the liquid, ensuring your fresh beverages always taste rich, smooth, and less acidic. - - Remove the base ring by pulling off the bottom of the pitcher.
USE AND CARE
- • For cold drinks, use syrup instead of granulated sugar. It dissolves quicker.
For Cold-Brew Coffee:
- 1. Place the lid on the pitcher and then remove the inner lid by twisting it counterclockwise and lifting it. Place the infuser in the hole in the lid.
- 2. Add about 1 cup (80 g) of coarsely ground coffee to the infuser to make a full pitcher.
- 3. Slowly pour 40 fl. oz. (1.2 L) of cold water over the coffee that’s in the infuser.

- 5. To serve, remove the infuser. Put the inner lid back on the pitcher and serve as desired.
- - Some oil and sediment are natural and will vary depending on the coarseness of your grounds.
- - To remove any oil and sediment, place a regular paper coffee filter in a sieve over a large bowl or container. Slowly pour the brewed coffee over the filter before serving.
For Hot Tea:
- 1. Place the lid on the pitcher and then remove the inner lid by twisting it counterclockwise and lifting it. Place the infuser in the hole in the lid.
- 2. Add 5 tsp (25 mL) of loose tea, or 5 tea bags, to the infuser to make a full pitcher.
- - If you’re using tea bags, cut off the paper tab at the end of the string before placing them in the infuser.
- 3. Slowly pour 40 fl. oz. (1.2 L) of hot water over the tea.
- - Note: When using the pitcher with hot water, always use an oven mitt or pad, and protect the surfaces with a trivet if you’re not using the bottom ring.
- 4. Place the inner lid on the pitcher by offsetting the arrows on the inner lid from the main lid. Then, twist it clockwise until the arrows on both lids align. Let the tea steep. Times will vary depending on the type of tea you use.
