Product Details

  • One bag of cilantro-lime rice mix, 4–6 servings
  • Flavor Profile: A blend of white rice, cilantro, lime, and spices
  • 6.2 oz. (175 g)
  • Made in the USA

Ways to Use

  • Microwave directions: Add the rice, water, salt, and butter (if using) to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, covered, for 5 minutes then let it sit for 5 minutes before fluffing and serving.
  • To pair with the Easy Roll Maker, gently mix the prepared rice mix until slightly sticky, let cool to room temperature, then pack into the Easy Roll Maker and fill with your favorite ingredients.
  • To make arancini: Combine 1 cup (250 mL) of leftover rice, ½ cup (125 mL) of grated mozzarella or pepper jack cheese, 1 tbsp (15 mL) of heavy cream, and a pinch of salt. Mix until the mixture sticks together when pressed. Scoop and roll into 2-tbsp (30-mL) balls. Set up three shallow bowls with ⅓ cup (75 mL) of flour, 1–2 beaten eggs, and 1 cup (250 mL) of breadcrumbs. Roll each rice ball in the flour, then the egg, then the breadcrumbs. Place the rice balls on a greased air fryer rack and lightly spritz with oil. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Serve warm with salsa, enchilada sauce, or sour cream, and top with cilantro or lime juice, if you'd like.
