This delicious seasonal salsa makes a refreshing appetizer for holiday parties—or serve it as a dessert over ice cream or yogurt!

Ingredients

    Cinnamon Chips
  • ½ tbsp (7 mL) sugar
  • ¼ tsp (1 mL) ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter, melted
  • 2 6" (15-cm) taco-size tortillas
    Fruit Salsa

  • 1 cup (250 mL) cranberries (see cook’s tips)
  • 1   small apple, cored and cubed
  • ½ cup (125 mL) red grapes
  • ½ cup (125 mL) Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) sugar
  • ½   lemon, juiced
  • ½ cup (125 mL) chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. Combine the sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Brush the mixture over the tortillas. Slice the tortillas into 12 wedges each. Transfer the wedges to both trays of the Deluxe Air Fryer and place on the top and middle racks. BAKE for 8 minutes, rotating halfway through. Move the chips to a plate to crisp up.
  2. Add the cranberries and apple to the Electric Twist & Chop. PULSE until chopped. Transfer to a medium bowl.
  3. Add the grapes to the Electric Twist & Chop and PULSE 1–2 times. Transfer to the bowl.
  4. Combine the yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Add to the fruit and mix well. Add the walnuts and mix to combine.

Cook's Tips:

You can use fresh or frozen cranberries. If you use frozen, defrost them before using.

You can substitute 5 large strawberries for the cranberries.

You can use Cinnamon Toast Blend to sprinkle on top in place of the cinnamon sugar.
