Deluxe Coffee Machine Hot Water Insert

With this hot water insert, you can make hot tea, enjoy homemade hot chocolate, or whip up a quick bowl of ramen with your Deluxe Coffee Machine. All you have to do is place the insert in your coffee machine and press start.
Thanks to this insert, you won’t have to clean and reuse any of your coffee inserts to make a delicious cup of tea. You won’t have to worry about any residual coffee flavor in your water.

- Read, understand, follow, and save all Safety and Use Instructions to avoid injury.
WARNING
- • Adult supervision is required when using with children or persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge.
- • Before using, read the Deluxe Coffee Machine Use and Care.
- • The Deluxe Coffee Machine Hot Water Insert can only be used with Pampered Chef’s Deluxe Coffee Machine. DO NOT use with other coffee makers.
- • DO NOT use if the product or Deluxe Coffee Machine is damaged.
SAFEGUARDS
- • Product will be hot after using. Allow to cool before handling.
- • When using the insert, make sure it’s seated properly in the machine. See Use instructions below. See illustration.
- • DO NOT remove filter from insert.
- • DO NOT put anything (coffee, tea, etc.) in the attachment. The attachment is intended to be used empty.
CLEANING
- • Wash before first use; dishwasher-safe. Place away from heating element.
USE AND CARE
- 1. Make sure there is water in the water tank. If not, follow the steps in the Filling the Water Tank section of the Deluxe Coffee Machine’s use and care.
- 2. Plug the power cord into a 120V power source and press the power button to turn the Deluxe Coffee Machine on.
- 3. Make sure the Drip Tray is in place. Follow the steps in the Placing the Drip Tray section of the Deluxe Coffee Machine use and care.
- 4. Place a mug on the drip tray plate. Make sure the mug is large enough to hold the drink size you’re selecting.
- 5. Lift the top lever of the coffee machine. Insert the hot water insert into the cavity beneath the top lever with the words facing outward and close the top lever. Note: DO NOT force the top lever close. If the top lever doesn’t close, redo step 5 and try inserting again. See illustration 1. WARNING: Keep hands away from piercing needle in coffee machine. See illustration 2.
- 6. The 2 oz. (60 mL), 4 oz. (125 mL), 6 oz. (175 mL), 8 oz. (250 mL), 10 oz. (300 mL), and 12 oz. (350 mL) size options will illuminate. To select the beverage size, press the scroll button until the desired size flashes.
- 7. Press start.
- 8. When brewing is done, the unit will chime, and the start/power button will flash.
- 9. To remove the insert, allow the insert to cool. Then, lift the top lever and slide the insert out.
WARNING: Insert and components will be hot after brewing.
