Easy Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2   ripe avocados
  • 1   plum tomato, chopped
  • 1/2   sour cream
  • 2   chopped, pitted ripe olives
  • 2   chopped onion
  • 1   snipped fresh cilantro
  • 1   lime juice
  • 3/4   salt

Directions

  1. Using Avocado Peeler, cut avocados in half lengthwise; remove seeds and scoop out flesh. Mash avocados in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
