Farmer's Market Pizza


  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil, divided
  • 1 pkg (13.8 oz/283 g) refrigerated pizza crust
  • 2   garlic cloves
  • 1 oz (30 g) fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz (125 g) cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz (125 g) mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Italian seasoning
  • 2   plum tomatoes
  • 1   medium zucchini
  • 1 cup (250 mL) mushrooms
  • 1   small onion


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly brush Large Bar Pan with half of the oil using Chef’s Silicone Basting Brush. Unroll dough onto pan. Gently stretch dough to evenly cover the bottom of the pan.  

  2. Place remaining oil in 1-cup (250 mL) Prep Bowl. Press garlic into oil using Garlic Press; brush evenly over dough. Bake crust 7 minutes. Remove crust from oven; place on Stackable Cooling Rack

  3. Meanwhile, grate Parmesan with Microplane® Zester.  

  4. Using Microplane® Adjustable Coarse Grater, grate cheddar and mozzarella. Place grated cheeses in Classic Batter Bowl. Add Italian seasoning; toss lightly with Small Mix ‘N Scraper®.  

  5. Using Simple Slicer on #3 setting, slice tomatoes and zucchini. Using Utility Knife, slice mushrooms. Slice onion into fourths. Place onion in Manual Food Processor; process until finely chopped.

  6. Sprinkle half of the cheese mixture evenly over crust; top evenly with vegetables. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.  

  7. Bake 15-18 minutes or until crust is golden brown; remove from oven to cooling rack. Cut into squares with Pizza & Crust Cutter. Serve with Mini-Serving Spatula
