- 2 cups (500 mL) granola
- 1 cup (250 mL) creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup (250 mL) milk
- 6 large bananas
- 12 (6-in/15-cm) lollipop sticks
Place the granola in a large resealable plastic bag and finely crush it using the flat side of a Meat Tenderizer. Pour the granola into the first Coating Tray. Combine the peanut butter and milk in a Manual Food Processor and process them until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture into the second Coating Tray. Then slice the bananas in half crosswise, and insert lollipop sticks into the flat ends of the bananas. Coat the bananas first in the peanut butter mixture and then into granola, coating evenly. Place on a waxed paper-lined Large Sheet Pan. Place the pan in your freezer for 30-45 minutes, depending on how frozen you would like your bananas!
