Kids Club Series Terms & Conditions

These Kids Club Series Terms and Conditions (“Series Terms”) are in addition to and supplement the general Terms of Use located in this US Terms of Use link for residents of the United States and this Canada Terms of Use link for residents of Canada (as applicable, the “Terms of Use”).

By placing a Kids Club series order, you accept and agree to (1) these Series Terms, (2) the applicable Terms of Use, and (3) the Privacy Policy located in this US Privacy Policy link for residents of the United States and this Canada Privacy Policy link for residents of Canada (as applicable, the “Privacy Policy”).

Please read these Series Terms, the applicable Terms of Use, and the applicable Privacy Policy carefully. There are no series benefits except those that are expressly set forth in these Series Terms. Pampered Chef reserves the right to change these Series Terms, including series terms, conditions, limitations, benefits and requirements at any time in its sole discretion. Changes will not apply to orders already processed but shall apply to future orders.

By purchasing a Pampered Chef series, you grant Pampered Chef the right to use the information provided by you to process your purchase and manage your series order. In addition, by providing your telephone number or email in connection with your series order, you consent to receive calls or text messages, including calls or text messages sent through automatic telephone dialing systems and pre-recorded calls at any telephone number that you have provided us, in order for us to: (i) notify you about matters relating to your series or changes to these Series Terms; (ii) provide you updates on the status of your order and/or delivery; and (iii) contact you regarding your series or any order.

When you purchase a Kids Club series, you will receive periodic deliveries based on the series duration and frequency that you select. Your series will create a single order for the selected number of boxes to be shipped over time according to the applicable delivery schedule. You will be charged for the entire amount of the series at checkout. There will not be any recurring charges for the series, and your series will not renew after the selected number of boxes have been shipped. If any product is unavailable when Pampered Chef plans to ship it, you authorize Pampered Chef to fulfill your order within a reasonable time or, in our sole judgment, substitute it with another item.

You can cancel your Kids Club series at any time by emailing Pampered Chef: [email protected]; or by calling our Solution Center at: 1 (888) 687-2433. If you cancel your series, you will not receive any refund or credit for any boxes that have been shipped to you.

In the event you cancel your Kids Club series, please note that we may still send you promotional communications about Pampered Chef if you signed up to receive those communications, unless you separately opt out of receiving those communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided.

Pampered Chef may, in its sole discretion, terminate your series at any time without notice. If Pampered Chef does so, you will be charged for boxes that have been shipped to you.

Kids Club series benefit(s), such as free shipping, are limited to Kids Club series purchases only and are not applied to products outside the Kids Club series order(s). If an order contains other Pampered Chef products, beyond a Kids Club series, the Kids Club series benefit(s) will only apply to Kids Club series product in the order. The total value of a Kids Club series order, if coupled with other items in your checkout cart, will not affect the total price that is considered when determining which shipping price bracket is assigned to your purchase order. Free shipping on a Kids Club series order only applies to standard shipping method(s), and does not apply to rushed, expedited, overnight, or any other non-standard shipping methods. Kids Club series benefit(s) are only available for orders shipping to addresses in the United States and Canada.

The Kids Club series benefit(s) are personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your series or any of the benefit(s) to any third party without Pampered Chef’s prior written authorization. Furthermore, recurrence shipments for Kids Club series are not eligible for month promotion gifts offered by Pampered Chef.

Returns of Kids Club items will only be accepted in the event of defect or issues directly caused by Pampered Chef. See the returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE TO PARENTS AND GUARDIANS

The kitchen tools included within the Kids Club series are not toys and are not primarily designed or intended for children. Read all use and care instructions prior to use by you or your child. As a parent or guardian, you are responsible for your child’s use of the kitchen tools provided within the Kids Club series and it is your responsibility to understand your child’s skill level. You are responsible for understanding the risks of working in the kitchen and providing the proper oversight and assistance to your child to ensure your child’s safety in the kitchen.
