What is Kids Club?

Kids Club is a fun way to teach kids math, science, and valuable life skills while cooking and baking together in the kitchen. Each box helps kids build kitchen confidence with three easy-to-follow cooking and baking recipes, a versatile tool, a full-size pantry item, and a cute pin. Kids Club boxes can be bought as a series or individually.

What is the recommended age for Kids Club?

For the best experience, Kids Club is recommended for kids between the ages of 6–12. However, children of varying levels of ability can enjoy the boxes with assistance from an adult.

What does each Kids Club box include?

Each Kids Club box comes with the following:

• Three step-by-step recipes that are packed with cooking tips, fun photos, and educational facts,
• A durable, lasting product that’s as fun as it is functional,
• A full-size pantry item that’ll help kids explore new flavors,
• And a collectible pin that serves as a badge of kitchen honor.

How does the series work?

The Kids Club series features exclusive boxes that you’ll ONLY get in the series! You’ll pay one time for a 3-box series or a 6-box series. There’s no subscription to manage or auto-renewals to worry about. Both offer savings compared to a single-box purchase plus shipping’s free. And as an added bonus, the 6-box series also includes a FREE Kids Club Apron!

• Customers can get a taste of Kids Club with our Dough Much Fun Box. It's one single box available for purchase and isn’t part of the series. This box is a great way to try out Kids Club before purchasing a series.
• The Kids Club series ships every other month right to your door. The 3-box series runs for 6 months while the 6-box series lasts for a full year.
• Regardless of when you start your series, your first box will be the one featured that month. From there, you’ll get a new box every two months until your series ends.
• All Kids Club series customers will get the same box at the same time, so you’ll all stay on the same schedule.

Will I get repeat boxes in the series?

No. You won’t get duplicate boxes in either series. However, the only way you could get repeat boxes is if you buy two 3-box series in nonconsecutive months.  

How long will each box be available?

Each box is available as part of the series and for two months. Anyone who buys a 6-box series will get all six exclusive Kids Club boxes regardless of when they start their series.

What if I already have a product or pantry item that’s in one or more of the boxes?

If you already have the featured product or seasoning, you can still use the other items in the box and make all the recipes included. Since we don’t offer exchanges for duplicate products, you can share your extra products with your family or friends because they’re still great products that are made to last and meant to love.

Can I add other products to my recurring Kids Club series shipments?

No. Kids Club recurring shipments are handled separately from other orders.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes. Just call Solution Center to update your shipping address.

How much is shipping on Kids Club?

Shipping for the 3-box or 6-box series is free. Normal shipping rules apply with the purchase of the Dough Much Fun Box.

How does the free shipping work on the Kids Club series?

Shipping for the 3-box or 6-box series is free.

• If you choose the series and have no other items in your cart, there will be no shipping charge for that order.
• If you choose the series and have other items in your cart, the retail value of the Kids Club series won’t change the shipping rate but will count toward the free shipping threshold.

How frequently are shipments sent for the Kids Club series?

They will ship approximately every two months from the point of purchase. For example, if you purchase a series on Jan. 3, your next box will ship out on March 3.

Can I pause a shipment?

No. Shipments can’t be skipped or paused.

Will I get special emails as part of the series?

Yes. But you’ll have to make sure you are opted into Pampered Chef Marketing emails to get them. Emails will include shipping reminders, ingredient lists for each box, and other fun tips and inspiration. If the series was purchased as a gift, you should forward these emails to the recipient.

Which host rewards can apply to a Kids Club series purchase?

Hosts have options when it comes to purchasing the series. Hosts can apply any of their host perks to either series option except for Future Party Pick and 60%-off host offer. That means you still have great options to get a Kids Club series for 50% off or use your Free Product Rewards to make the series even more affordable.

Is the Kids Club Apron included in the Dough Much Fun Box?

No. The Dough Much Fun Box and 3-box Kids Club series don’t include the apron. But you can buy the Kids Club Apron separately or get it for FREE when you get the 6-box Kids Club series.

Can the Kids Club series be gifted?

Yes. You can gift the Kids Club series to anyone by selecting the series length and providing the recipient’s shipping information.

Absolutely! Customers have several easy options for gifting a series:

The first shipment of the Kids Club Series will ship in 4–7 days from the date of the order. Subsequent Kids Club Series boxes will ship approximately every 8 weeks.
