CLEANING
- • Wash before using for the first time; dishwasher-safe when placed away from the heating element.
- • Separate the pieces before washing.
- • To store, place the small corer into the large corer. Align the notches on the small corer with the grooves on the larger corer and twist counterclockwise to secure. DO NOT over twist.
USE AND CARE
- • Separate the pieces before using. To separate, twist the small corer clockwise and remove from the large corer.
- • For produce, place the food on a cutting board. Place the corer of choice (large or small depending on the size of the produce) over the stem and twist while firmly pressing down. Twist several times to pierce the skin of the produce, then twist and pull out to remove. Use the window on the sides of the corer to remove food from the corer.
- • Use the tool to scoop out seeds, pulp, or veins.
- • For best results, use with firm foods.
