CLEANING
- • Wash before using for the first time; dishwasher-safe when placed away from the heating element. Do not soak.
- • Clear food from the hinge area and from in-between any close-fitting metal parts to clean.
USE
- 1. You can use in the open or closed position. Keep your hands and fingers away from the hinge when opening and closing.
- • To open, pull the bottom of the handle up and the top down and apart until it secures into place.
- • To close, push the bottom of the handle up and the two ends together.
- 2. Place on a bowl.
- 3. Crack an egg on a flat surface. While this product can separate up to two eggs at a time, for best results it is recommended to separate one egg at a time.
- 4. Open the egg slightly over the separator.
