- Wash prior to first use: dishwasher-safe when placed away from heating element. Wires can be removed for cleaning and snapped back into place when finished.
- Lift top half to open, place food in center section of base.
- Gently push down on top to slice through food.
- Only use ripe fruits to ease strain and stress on wire frame.
- Place mushroom stem-side up or strawberry stem-side down for best results.
- Slice food in a length or width orientation to create oval or round slices.
