- • For produce, place on a cutting board. Place the corer over the stem and twist while firmly pressing down. Twist several times to pierce the skin of the produce. Then twist and pull out to remove. Press the lever to remove the core.
- • To add a filling to baked goods, after completely cool, gently twist the corer into the treat about halfway being sure not to hit the bottom. Remove and press the lever to remove the core of the baked good. Fill as desired.
