And, you don’t need to transfer your contents to another bowl to reheat them, because these bowls are microwave-, and oven-safe to 400°F (200°C). The stainless steel rack makes it easy to store and transport the bowls.
Baby Food Storage Containers

SAFEGUARDS
• The lids are not microwave- or oven-safe.
• Do not overfill the bowls with liquid. Food in the bowls will expand while freezing. Each bowl has a
maximum fill of 4 oz. (1 L).
CLEANING
• Wash before using for the first time.
• The lids, bowls, and rack are dishwasher-safe when placed away from the heating element.
• For best results, use warm water and dishwashing liquid when washing by hand.
• The bowls can discolor from red sauces or turmeric-based foods, like marinara sauce, barbecue
sauce, curry, and mustard.

• When using the bowls as a measuring guide, read the measurements on the inside of the bowl.
• The bowls are freezer-, microwave-, and oven-safe up to 400°F (200°C).
• To use in the oven, place the bowls on the rack and on a sheet pan to prevent tipping.
• Allow hot foods to cool in the bowls before placing in the freezer.
• The lids are not designed to be leakproof.
• The lids are freezer-safe. They are not oven- or microwave-safe.
• To remove the lid from the bowl, gently squeeze the bowl with one hand until the lid lifts away from
the bowl. Then, pull the lid to remove.
• The rack is freezer- and oven-safe up to 400°F (200°C). The rack is not microwave-safe.
• Do not stack heavy objects on the rack.
To freeze food:
1. Allow the food to cool until it’s safe to touch.
2. Place the bowls on the wire rack.
3. Pour food into each bowl until you reach the 4-oz. (1-L) fill line. Do not overfill.
4. Secure the lids on the bowls.
5. Place the bowls and rack in the freezer.
