Neatly and easily bread meat, fish and veggies with the Coating Trays & Tool. These large, handy trays are microwave-safe, so you can even use them for chocolate-dipped truffles, fruit and pretzels. The trays lock together, which helps keep your counters clean. Use the tong end of the tool to hold meat, and the other end to dip sweets, and your hands will stay clean, too!

- Wash prior to first use. Tool is dishwasher-safe. Trays are dishwasher-safe when placed away from heating element.
- Trays are microwave-safe. Microwave ovens vary; adjust times and power levels as needed, beginning with shorter cooking times. When using a microwave with inverter technology, reduce power level to MEDIUM (50%). Follow microwave oven manufacturer's guidelines regarding power adjustment.
- To lock trays into place, align tabs over edge of adjacent tray and press downward until secure (See Illustration #1). Trays can be positioned in three arrangements depending on size of work area.
Tips
- Fill each tray with flour, egg wash or your favorite coating (e.g. breadcrumbs or crushed nuts) to prepare meats or vegetables for sautéing, frying or baking.
- Trays are perfectly sized for preparing sweets. Melt chocolate chips, almond bark or candy melts in tray. Fill remaining trays with sprinkles or crushed candies. Dip pretzels or dried fruits into melted chocolate and roll dipped foods into favorite toppings. Note: chocolate should be evenly distributed to prevent hot spots during microwaving. Always follow package directions.
- Great for coating truffles. Fill with powdered cocoa, sugar or crushed nuts. Roll truffles using dipping end of tool.
- Prepare milk/egg wash in tray for soaking day old bread, which is great for making French toast.
