Rockcrok Dutch Oven Microwave Poke Cake:
- 1. Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
- 2. Pour into Rockcrok Dutch Oven, cover with lid and microwave for 8-10 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
- 3. Cool 10 minutes.
- 4. Poke about 20 holes in the cake using the handle of a wooden spoon. Pour 1 cup (250 mL) of caramel sauce over the cake and let soak in for 5-10 minutes.
- 5. Serve with whipped cream.
Mini Fluted Cake Pan:
- 1. Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
- 2. Grease and flour the wells of the Mini Fluted Cake Pan.
- 3. Transfer the batter into the wells and lightly tap the pan to even out the batter.
- 4. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
- 5. Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes. Invert the pan to release.
Fluted Cake Pan:
- 1. Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
- 2. Grease and flour fluted cake pan.
- 3. Pour in batter and bake for 35-37 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
- 4. Let cool 15-20 minutes before removing.

- 1. Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
- 2. Grease and flour surprise inside cake pan with insert and second pan.
- 3. Pour 2 cups of the prepared cake batter into the cake pan with insert and the remaining into the second pan.
- 4. Bake for 28-30 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
- 5. Let cool 15 minutes before removing.
Donut Hole Pan:
- 1. Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
- 2. Grease and flour donut hole pan.
- 3. Scoop 1 tbsp (15 mL) batter in each cavity.
- 4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean.
- 5. Let cool for 15 minutes before removing. Will make two trays.

- 1. Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
- 2. Grease and flour brownie bite pan.
- 3. Scoop ¼ cup (60 mL) batter in each cavity.
- 4. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean.
- 5. Let cool for 15 minutes before removing. Will only fill 1 tray completely.
