SAFEGUARDS
• Do not leave on a hot surface or in a pan while the burner is on. This can damage the servers and
will void the guarantee.
CLEANING
• Wash before using; hand wash only. Not dishwasher-safe. Don’t submerge or soak.
• Towel dry immediately after washing and allow to dry fully before storing.
• To sanitize, wash with a solution of one part vinegar to five parts water. Do not use bleach.
• To remove odors, cut a lemon in half and dip it in kosher or table salt. Rub the surface of the
servers with the lemon, and let it sit for 2–3 minutes. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
USE AND CARE
• Subtle color variations may occur due to the natural material and the handcrafting process.
• We recommend using on smooth surfaces only. With time and continued use, the edges of the
servers may start to show wear.
• To keep the wood from drying, use a food-grade oil, wax, or conditioner. Follow the instructions
for application.
• Store in a dry area away from extreme temperatures.
• One-year guarantee for noncommercial use.
