CLEANING
- Wash before using for the first time; hand wash only. Do not soak. Towel dry immediately and allow to dry fully before storing.
- To minimize odors, prepare baking soda paste by mixing ½ cup (125 mL) of water and 3 tbsp (45 mL) of baking soda. Let rest on area for 20 minutes and then hand wash. Towel dry, then allow to fully air dry.
USE AND CARE
- To keep the wood from drying, use a food-grade oil, wax, or conditioner. Follow the instructions for application.
- Wear will occur over time which may affect the original finish of the tool.
SAFEGUARDS
- Do not leave the tool in the pan while the burner is on. It can damage the tool and will void the guarantee.
