- • The blade is very sharp and can injure you.
- • Keep your fingers away from the blade when using and cleaning.
- • Keep out of the reach of children.
- • Always store in the protective cover when not in use.
- • Do not use to pry, separate, or cut frozen or semi-frozen food; this can chip or break the blade.
- • Do not move your index finger over the blade.
- • Always grasp the food with your fingertips curled back or use a finger guard.
CLEANING
- • Wash before using for the first time; dishwasher-safe when placed away from the heating element.
- • Dry completely before storing.
USE AND CARE
- 1. Remove the knife from the protective cover by gripping the handle in one hand and simultaneously grasping both sides, near the holes, with the other. Carefully remove the cover by pulling it away from your body (see illustration 1).
- 2. Cautiously place the knife back into the cover until the fit is secure (see illustration 1).
